1) Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day, and shipments are handed over to the courier the following day.
2) Delivery Time

Other Governorates

Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on the city and courier availability.
3) Try Before You Pay (Inspection on Delivery)
We offer a Try Before You Pay service to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience.
Upon delivery, you can:

Open the package

Inspect the items

Quickly check the size and fit
before completing the payment.
Note: Items must be handled carefully during inspection. Tags must remain attached and items must stay clean and unused.
4) Non-Receipt or Returning All Items
If you choose not to receive any item after inspection, or decide to return the entire order:

You will only be required to pay the shipping fee as a service and delivery charge.

This fee covers the cost of the courier’s trip and logistics.
5) Important Notes

If an item is defective or incorrect, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
